Request for Expression of Interest to Provide Medical Insurance Services

1)The Assignment:

Provision of Medical Insurance Services to Kilimo Trust in Rwanda

2) About Kilimo Trust:

Kilimo Trust (KT) is an independent Regional Agricultural Development Organization - working on agriculture for development across the EAC Region. It is registered in the Republic of Uganda, and it implements projects across all EAC Partner States. The core business of KT is to support the transformation of food and nutrition security in the EAC Region away from high-risk subsistence farming into lower-risk trade-based systems.

3) The Medical Insurance Providers will be expected to:

1. To have a robust Customer Care Service system
2. Have Service Providers throughout the Country
3. Staff should be able to access medical services in East Africa while on travel outside Rwanda.
4. Be able to provide smart cards to the users.

4) Time

The successful companies will be given one-year contracts starting 1st November 2025.

5) Mode of Application.

All Interested Firms must submit their Expression of Interest (EOI), Financial Proposal indicating the premium, Company Profile, 2 Contracts with existing clients, two reference letters from their clients, and Company Registration Documents online via email to recruitment@kilimotrust.org
by 25th October 2025.
