Job responsibilities
1. Develop relevant tools for the preparation of the Institution’s strategic plan, medium term plan, and annual action plan; 2. Consolidate data and formulate annual action plans and institution’s performance contract; 3. To plan the programs and projects execution; 4. To consolidate the institution plan of action; 5. Producing annual Report of activities of the Institution; 6. Regularly develop, update strategic interventions that are required to match the times and GoR priorities; 7. Makes analyses and makes summaries of reports and other documents addressed to the Director General; 8. Develop and implement monitoring mechanisms and tools to verify implementation of national policy and institution plans; 9. Carry out periodic monitoring of activity implementation of the institution and of performance contracts;
