 ADVIRTISED TENDER No: 018/12/2025/BRD/HC&CS/CS 

ASSIGNMENT TITLE: TENDER DOCUMENT FOR HIRING A CREATIVE FIRM TO CONDUCT AN EXTENSIVE REVAMP OF BRD’S WEBSITE. 

The Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all interested, experienced and qualified creative digital agency to submit their best proposals to conduct an extensive revamp of BRD’s website by designing, developing, and deploying a modern, responsive, secure, and data-driven website.

In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda requests interested firms to submit their technical and financial proposals for the above-mentioned services according to the terms of reference detailed in the Request for Proposal. 

The Tender document in English may be obtained from procurement office from 31/12/2025 during office hours (8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Local time) The interested bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 4414310784 of BRD opened in BPR Bank Rwanda Plc.

Well bound and sealed bids printed in 1 original hard copy should be mandatory submitted in the BRD procurement office, not later than 20/01/2026, at 10:00am local time. one Soft copy well protected with password must be submitted on the following email procurement@brd.rwbrd@brd.rw.

The bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the BRD meeting room. Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope indicating the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title of the tender which will be marked as follows:

Job Description

Solution Driven Property is seeking a skilled Agriculture Farm Manager to support our growing portfolio of agricultural and land development projects in Rwanda. We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural management, land supervision, and technical advisory support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural assessments, sustainable land-use planning, and driving productivity across diverse farming systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise agricultural land under Solution Driven Property, ensuring optimal use, productivity, and long-term sustainability.
  • Lead and participate in agricultural assessments, evaluations, and field-based research to support evidence-driven decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and consultation on crop production, soil management, irrigation, and sustainable land-use practices.
  • Develop, review, and implement agriculture and land management plans tailored to the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform land development strategies and agricultural investment decisions.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, proposals, and documentation related to agricultural activities and land supervision.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including local farmers, cooperatives, agronomists, and local authorities, to support successful project implementation.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in agriculture and land management within the Rwandan context.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s  degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven professional experience in the agriculture sector in Rwanda.
  • The candidate must be based in Bugesera District to ensure consistent on-site supervision and easy access to the company’s agricultural land and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in agricultural assessments, land supervision, and technical advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable farming systems, land-use planning, and agricultural productivity enhancement.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical reports.
  • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is required; French is an added advantage.
